Helping people and building relationships in our community are core function of our Post; we seek to achieve positive results along with community leaders, businesses, the media, school faculty, civic groups, and individuals throughout the region.
VFW Post 7234 provides a variety of community services throughout the year, including:
- "Clean Up the Beach"
- Charity Fundraisers
- Collecting Food for Helping Hands Food Pantry
- Donating & Installing Flags & Flagpoles
- Honor Guard support at Military & Patriotic Events
- Health Assistance to Veterans - Medical Equipment & Transportation
- "Operation Seas the Day" - Bethany Beach vacation time in early September for Veteran families
